About TerraCraft Tools
TerraCraft Tools is a small fan site with calculators and answer pages for Terraria 1.4.5. We built it because the wikis hold every fact, but mid-game you usually need one answer fast.
Where the data comes from
Game facts (boss HP, drops, NPC preferences and happiness factors, recipes, Shimmer transmutations, seed codes, item stats) come from the Terraria Wiki (terraria.wiki.gg), whose content is licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. We read its structured data (Cargo tables and the npcinfo module) on 14 October 2026, when the latest PC patch was 1.4.5.8, and keep a dated snapshot. The JSON files under /data/ are derived from those facts and carry the same licence. We do not copy the wiki's text or images: every sentence here is our own, and we use no game sprites or logos.
How numbers are checked: the build recounts every list from the data (bosses, NPCs, seeds, recipes) and refuses to publish if a count or a name does not match, and we spot-check key numbers against a second source. If you find a wrong number, email us and we will fix it.
